Practical answers about location, regional catalogs, pricing, stores, and messages.
QuiqVeg shows stores and products only when your current or selected delivery location is inside an active service region. Outside those regions, the shopping catalog stays unavailable until you choose a serviceable location.
The app sends the selected latitude and longitude to the QuiqVeg region resolver. The resolver checks active service boundaries and returns the matching region without making a private address page publicly indexable.
Each region has its own base radius, base delivery charge, distance step, extra charge per step, and container pricing. The configured regional values and the delivery distance are used to calculate the checkout amount.
QuiqVeg resolves the region again. Local products from the previous region are removed from the cart to prevent an order from containing products that cannot be fulfilled at the new location. Global products can remain.
Stores and authorized regional operators can use existing categories or request a new category or subcategory. A default image keeps the catalog usable until an admin or manager reviews and updates the category image.
Water delivery is shown only in regions where an admin or assigned manager has enabled a water service. If no service is active for the resolved region, the water shortcut is hidden.
Prices, discounts, inventory, store opening state, and service availability can change. The current product page and checkout are the authoritative sources at the time of an order.
QuiqVeg uses WhatsApp for OTP and operational order messages. Promotional messages require the appropriate consent and include an unsubscribe process.
